Return & Refund Policy

At Singh Farm Fresh, all products are freshly prepared and packed upon receiving an order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • You receive a damaged or spoiled product.
  • The product quality does not meet our stated standards.
  • Your order is incomplete.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has already been consumed.
  • Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • A complaint is raised more than 2 hours after delivery.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order details
  • A brief description
  • Photos (if applicable)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Delivery Terms

We currently deliver within our active service areas.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are prepared fresh upon receiving confirmation.
  • Delivery slots may vary based on location and order volume.
  • Same-day delivery may be available in selected areas.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.  

Fixed Time Slots – All orders are delivered only within predefined slots (Morning 8-10AM, Noon 12-2PM, Evening 5–7 PM).

 Retail Order Delivery Charges – A flat fee of ₹15 per retail order applies.

 Customer Availability – Customers must ensure they are available during the chosen slot.

 Missed Deliveries – If the customer is unavailable to receive the order, Singh Farm Fresh will not be responsible for re-delivery or refund unless reported immediately and verified.

 Subscription Plans

  • First Month: Free delivery
  • From Second Month: ₹5/day GYM delivery charge and ₹8/day home delivery charges
  • Delivery charges may change in the future depending on fuel costs, delivery locations, or additional services.

Enterprise / Bulk Orders – A nominal delivery fee may apply depending on distance and order size.

Food Safety & Handling Instructions

  • Refrigerate products immediately after delivery.
  • Consume within 24-48 hours for best freshness.
  • Cook poultry thoroughly before consumption.
  • Do not refreeze products that have been fully thawed.
  • Wash hands, utensils, and surfaces after handling raw meat.
  • Store at 0°C to 4°C if not cooking immediately.

Subscription Policy (Updated)

Effective From: [16/10/2025]

1. Monthly Billing Cycle:

  • All memberships are billed on a monthly basis, ending on the last day of every month (30th or 31st).
  • The next billing cycle always starts on the 1st of the following month.

2. Mid-Month Subscriptions:

  • Members joining or renewing in the middle of a month will be billed only for the remaining days of that month.

3. Paused or Skipped Days:

  • If a member pauses or skips any delivery or service day within their billing cycle,
    the unused days’ value will be credited to their balance.
  • This credited amount will be adjusted or deducted from the next billing cycle’s total.

4. Renewal Reminders:

  • Renewal notifications will be sent 1or 2 days before the membership end date.

5. First Month Offer (if applicable):

  • The first month’s delivery remains completely free as per the introductory offer policy.

Force Majeure & Discretionary Service Interruption

  • Singh Farm Fresh shall not be held liable for delays or failure in service arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, lockdowns, or government-imposed restrictions.

  • In cases where customers voluntarily request an interruption in service (e.g., travel or medical needs), such requests may be accommodated at our discretion if informed in advance. Refunds will not be issued for the paused period, but services will resume as per the agreed conditions.
