Return & Refund Policy

At Singh Farm Fresh, all products are freshly prepared and packed upon receiving an order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • You receive a damaged or spoiled product.
  • The product quality does not meet our stated standards.
  • Your order is incomplete.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has already been consumed.
  • Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • A complaint is raised more than 2 hours after delivery.

Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order details
  • A brief description
  • Photos (if applicable)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions.

Actual weight after processing may vary slightly.
