At Singh Farm Fresh, all products are freshly prepared and packed upon receiving an order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:
- You receive an incorrect item.
- You receive a damaged or spoiled product.
- The product quality does not meet our stated standards.
- Your order is incomplete.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The product has already been consumed.
- Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
- The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- A complaint is raised more than 2 hours after delivery.

Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with:

- A brief description
- Photos (if applicable)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-7 business days.
